Define a door schedule for assembly
Door style, dimensions and finishing requirements belong to the same production order. Sanat CNC tracks the orientation, quantity and machined face of each door. Overall cabinet dimensions do not replace a door schedule.
Technical assessment
Distinguish drawer fronts, left/right doors and profile options. Specify centre dimensions for requested hinge or handle operations. The scope of subsequent painting or surfacing is agreed separately when quoting.
Pre-production checks
When sending a job to Sanat CNC, consolidate material, thickness and quantity in one schedule. Include the reference face and delivery requirements. Scope is agreed against the controlling drawing revision; unresolved dimensions are settled before approval.
