Connections matter as much as the panel face
MDF doors, decorative surfaces and assembly components need different preparation. Sanat CNC considers the visible face together with screw locations, grooves and joints. Raw and faced boards are not treated as interchangeable.
Technical assessment
State whether painting or surfacing follows machining. Remaining wall thickness and workholding for narrow pieces need review where cuts are deep. Where a drawing contains several depths, specify each operation clearly.
Pre-production checks
When sending a job to Sanat CNC, consolidate material, thickness and quantity in one schedule. Include the reference face and delivery requirements. Scope is agreed against the controlling drawing revision; unresolved dimensions are settled before approval.
