From sheet stock to a production file
At Sanat CNC, a routing job involves more than cutting lines. Workholding, the visible face and the next assembly operation are considered together. These details form the production record for furniture components, interior panels and repeat parts.
Technical assessment
Identify cutting, grooves and pockets separately in your file. The radius left by the cutter at internal corners may affect how parts fit. Mark assembly-critical dimensions at connection points as well as overall dimensions.
Pre-production checks
When sending a job to Sanat CNC, consolidate material, thickness and quantity in one schedule. Include the reference face and delivery requirements. Scope is agreed against the controlling drawing revision; unresolved dimensions are settled before approval.
