Working together from drawing to finished part
Sanat CNC Kesim Merkezi provides contract cutting and surface machining for furniture, interior design, advertising and decoration projects. Our workshop is in Yukarı Dudullu, Ümraniye, Istanbul. Alongside local work in Istanbul, we assess files for jobs to be shipped throughout Türkiye.
A well-made part depends on more than machine movement. Material properties, cutter selection, workholding and drawing details are assessed together. That is why we clarify intended use, material thickness, quantity and critical dimensions before production.
The machines in our workshop
The Exitech CNC router has a 200 × 400 cm working area and the Mutlucam CNC router has a 210 × 280 cm working area. Both are 3-axis machines. Our Xenon CO2 laser, with a 140 × 100 cm working area and 200 W output, cuts and engraves suitable materials. Table dimensions do not guarantee that every design fitting them can be machined in one piece; workholding allowances and tool access are checked from the file.

Materials and applications
MDF, chipboard, melamine-faced chipboard, plywood, solid wood and edge-glued solid wood panels are among the materials we use for furniture components, cabinet door designs and decorative surfaces. For acrylic, Dekota and polyethylene, the method is selected according to the part's intended use.
What should you send for a quotation?
Send your DXF or DWG file, or STL for three-dimensional work, with material, thickness and quantity details. Scale and editable line data in PDFs and other design files are checked separately. Identifying critical surfaces, assembly relationships and the target delivery date helps assessment. Send your file to request a quotation so we can clarify production scope and delivery conditions together.
