We prepare parts to your drawings and quantities for assembly in your own workshop. Contract production with Sanat CNC starts with an agreed system for files, revision approval and part identification.
Technical assessment
Assign a code to each part and distinguish left/right pairs and materials. If a design changes between sample and batch production, mark the previous drawing as superseded. This prevents different revisions entering the same job.
Pre-production checks
When sending a job to Sanat CNC, consolidate material, thickness and quantity in one schedule. Include the reference face and delivery requirements. Scope is agreed against the controlling drawing revision; unresolved dimensions are settled before approval.
