Produce fine outlines with a suitable process
For laser-cut parts, contour density and edge appearance are assessed together. Sanat CNC reviews drawings for acrylic and suitable wood-based products. Not every plastic product is suitable for laser processing.
Technical assessment
Provide the exact material specification. Separate cut outlines from marks that remain on the surface. Small openings, narrow bridges and closely spaced contours are reviewed in the context of the part’s intended use.
Pre-production checks
When sending a job to Sanat CNC, consolidate material, thickness and quantity in one schedule. Include the reference face and delivery requirements. Scope is agreed against the controlling drawing revision; unresolved dimensions are settled before approval.
