Define parts in their assembly sequence
Reference faces, alignment holes and part sequence are central to model and mould components. Sanat CNC reviews machining files alongside the assembly arrangement. Every file should state the intended scale.

State thickness and layer numbers for layered models. Specify whether a surface requires a rough form or finished dimensions. Fine joints and removable connections are assessed for their intended use.
Pre-production checks
When sending a job to Sanat CNC, consolidate material, thickness and quantity in one schedule. Include the reference face and delivery requirements. Scope is agreed against the controlling drawing revision; unresolved dimensions are settled before approval.
