Finish the edge of a curved component
Curved edge banding starts with the perimeter geometry. Sanat CNC reviews the edge together with panel thickness, surface and intended appearance. The orientation of the finished component is also part of the specification.
Technical assessment
Distinguish internal and external curves and show the preferred start/end position. Suitability for every curve is not assumed before band material and dimensions are checked. State whether cutting and banding belong to the same request.

When sending a job to Sanat CNC, consolidate material, thickness and quantity in one schedule. Include the reference face and delivery requirements. Scope is agreed against the controlling drawing revision; unresolved dimensions are settled before approval.
