Consider grain direction alongside the design
A wood component cannot be defined by its outline alone. Grain direction, the visible face and joining method affect decorative frames and structural parts alike. Sanat CNC includes these details in machining preparation.
Technical assessment
Specify the wood and available stock size. Narrow necks, thin projections and details following the grain require a strength review. Identify areas concealed after assembly or finishing to help assessment.
Pre-production checks
When sending a job to Sanat CNC, consolidate material, thickness and quantity in one schedule. Include the reference face and delivery requirements. Scope is agreed against the controlling drawing revision; unresolved dimensions are settled before approval.
