Production details for furniture designs
An image of a cabinet door or decorative panel does not define its production dimensions. Specify pattern depth, edge profile, hinge positions and finished dimensions in the file. Mention any painting or coating requirements when requesting a quote. Let’s confirm cutting, surface machining, painting and assembly as separate scopes of work.
Preparing parts as sets
Name left- and right-hand doors and upper and lower parts separately. Include an overall layout for patterns that continue across parts. Mark any important grain or surface direction on the drawing. We do not have a separate branch in Modoko; production and workshop collection take place at our Dudullu address.
What we need for a quotation
- Dimensioned file and measurement units.
- Material type, thickness and part quantities.
- Critical dimensions, visible faces and requests for additional processes.
- Preferred date and delivery method.
