Specify the polyethylene type, sheet thickness and intended use. When replacing an existing part, check the dimensions before using worn surfaces as measurement references. Identify holes, grooves and the outer contour separately in your drawing.
Dimension and delivery requirements
A thickness of up to 40 mm does not automatically mean a job can be accepted; geometry and workholding are reviewed together. Identify mating surfaces, critical dimensions and the quantity required. If you need specific documentation confirming material suitability, mention this when requesting a quote.
