Describe the visible edge
For an acrylic part, edge appearance matters alongside the outer shape. Specify whether the material is clear, opaque or coloured, along with its thickness and visible faces. Share any edge appearance reference with your file. Clarify whether additional surface treatments are included in the quotation.
Holes and their relationship to assembly
Dimension holes for screws, hanging hardware or joints, including their centre positions. Add the dimensions of other parts that will join them during installation. Manufacturability of very small letters and details is checked from the drawing; the overall sign dimensions alone are not enough for assessment.
