For MDF cabinet door designs, specify the outer contour, groove depth and edge profile separately. Raw sheets and coated or painted sheets have different surface requirements. Identifying the visible face and any processes planned after cutting at the outset helps us define the scope correctly.
Finish and dimension details
Include the MDF type, sheet thickness and quantity of each part in your quotation request. To reproduce an existing door, send a dimensioned drawing rather than a photograph alone. Show hinge holes, handle positions and directional patterns on separate layers. Confirm paint or coating allowances for your application.
