Letters, panels and display-stand components
Specify the sheet thickness, colour and intended use of the part. Surface requirements may differ between a panel visible on one side and a letter visible on both sides. For printed materials, separate the cutting path from the print artwork and explain any alignment requirements when requesting a quotation.
Selecting the production method
Provide the material's product name and manufacturer details if possible. Do not request laser cutting for PVC-based sheets; a suitable mechanical cutting method will be assessed instead. Include the assembly method and any hole positions in the file.
