Board specification belongs with the file
An MDF order may require more than a material name. Raw and faced products affect the machining face and later operations. Product details, thickness and the visible face should accompany files sent to Sanat CNC.
Technical assessment
State which faces remain visible after painting, surfacing or assembly. Remaining thickness beneath deep grooves and workholding for narrow parts need checking. Verify product suitability for moisture and service conditions against the manufacturer’s data.
Report material changes as revisions
Do not silently substitute a different board within an existing order. Machining suitability needs review against the replacement product’s details.
