At Sanat CNC, process selection starts with intended use and material suitability. A router uses a rotating tool; laser processing provides another approach to cutting and surface marking on suitable products. The two should not be assumed to give identical results from one drawing.
Technical assessment
Specify pockets, grooves and three-dimensional surfaces separately. Edge appearance and internal corners may affect assembly. Do not select a process for an unidentified plastic solely from a photograph.
Explain sample expectations
Where edges or fitted joints matter, share the assessment criteria. Identify which surface provides the final appearance and which dimensions are critical to assembly.
