1. State units and check actual scale.
2. Specify material, thickness and quantity for each part.
3. Check contours and remove duplicate lines.
4. Identify cutting, engraving and pocket machining separately.
5. Indicate critical dimensions, tolerances and assembly orientation.
6. Send the latest revision and a dimensioned PDF view where possible.
7. Describe the application environment and expected delivery.

Production is scheduled following technical review and approval.
